This represents a unique opportunity extended by the Arizona Medical Board to foreign graduate physicians who have been unsuccessful in securing a residency position. We provide training in accordance with the guidelines established by the Arizona Medical Board for these individuals, thereby affording them the possibility of obtaining a full medical license to practice as a physician in the states. The candidate will have Bachelors degree OR an equivalent combination of relevant post-secondary education and work experience that equals at least 4 years. Minimum of one year experience as a clinical research coordinator or two years healthcare experience with patient interaction or related experience.Experience with regulations governing clinical research (CFR, GCP, HIPAA). Experience with statutes and guidelines relevant to regulatory affairs in clinical research. Excellent communication as evidenced in application materials.Excellent writing, organizational and presentation skills. Effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, administrative staff. Experience recognizing competing priorities and deadlines and seek guidance in management of these where needed
